老師的修鍊: 學生成績評量
ㄧ個課目的給分,與學生在其他方面的用心程度,或是作計畫的投入是沒有關係的,也不能因為師生熟識而稍微放鬆標準,畢竟給分的目的就是評量學生在這個科目的表現如何,雖不偉大也不隨便。
我通常會在期中給表現欠佳的學生一些提醒,讓他們有機會力爭上游
,亡羊補牢。像Java這次就有六位停修,因為他們已經至少被兩次
提醒平時學習成效偏低,至於選擇未停修的,也變得用功積極
,最後也過關了。
